Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer both domestic and international shipping options. Rates are calculated based on the destination, product weight, and shipping method selected at checkout.

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • Standard U.S. Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited U.S. Shipping: 1–3 business days (additional charges apply)

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by destination and customs processing)

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays, customs clearance, or severe weather.

Local Pickup

We do not currently offer local pickup at this time.

International Shipping

Freonix Games is proud to now offer international shipping, including to APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.

Please ensure the shipping address is entered accurately, including any applicable box numbers or unit designations. Customs fees and import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Restrictions

We ship to most residential and military addresses. However, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes at this time.

APO/FPO/DPO addresses are supported when entered correctly.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery progress.

Shipping Delays

Damaged or Lost Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. Include clear photos of the damage.

If your package appears lost, please wait 5–7 business days for tracking updates before reaching out.
